The article examines the types of social services provided to homeless persons in accordance with Law Ukraine "On Social Services". On basis analysis legislative norms and scientific developments, need apply a comprehensive approach functioning system providing is substantiated, taking into account state standards, which determine procedure for appropriate who find themselves difficult life circumstances.
